Hewen, a classical pianist from San Francisco Bay Area. She started to play the piano at the age of six. She received several scholarships and degrees. She also took lessons with Victoria Neve, Roger Woodward, Alexander String Quartet and Dr. Scott McBride Smith.
10+ years experience in teaching piano, music theory, ear training and other necessary foundations. Teacher Hewen uses different teaching approach to engage, motivate and reach the students in her lessons.
Being a proficiently trained pianist, Hewen possesses expertise in Piano Pedagogy and Piano Technique. She holds the belief that the teacher-student dynamic plays a pivotal role in influencing the extent of both the student’s enjoyment and progress.
